Finca Briabí Legacy
OUR LEGACY Through time
Back in 1970, Manuel Paramés González – businessman, family patriarch, bohemian and good friend of his friends – commissioned the renowned architect Julio Simeão da Costa Alves (author of the Casino Park Hotel and Carlton Park Hotel in Funchal, Madeira, Portugal) to design a residential project on a plot of land located in A Cañiza. His purpose: to enjoy holidays with his family and to receive his friends as only he knew how to do it.
Thus Finca Paramés was born, a space where the architect conceived the entire architectural ensemble, from the house to the smallest details, giving it a singular originality.
For many, this estate is synonymous with fond memories, pleasant experiences and unique moments.
In 2017, Bruno Manuel Antón Castillo and Luis Paramés Antón set up the company Fincas Paramés Antón S.L. with the aim of giving new life to the family’s lands and properties, sharing their wealth, their environment and their essence with those who honour them with their visit.
One of these properties is Finca Paramés, which, after two years of renovation and conservation works -both interior and exterior- and remaining faithful to its original spirit, is reborn with a new name: Finca Briabí, in homage to the place where it is located. Part of this work was supported by the LEADER Programme of the Galician Rural Development Plan 2014-2020.
It is in 2019 when Finca Briabí opens, a rural tourist complex of 30,000 m² where visitors can live the Briabí experience. A place designed to enjoy not only the accommodation, but also its spacious gardens, a natural swimming pool, happy animals and organic farming that allows you to contemplate and taste the products of the area.
An ideal destination to celebrate all kinds of events, both private and business, in full harmony with nature.
